We are looking for a compassionate, engaged team member who plays a key role in a client’s
therapy plan in an outpatient setting.

The Mental Health Counselor is responsible for the assessment, planning, intervention, and
treatment of wellness/behavior health needs for clients. This can include ADHD, mood
disorders, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and more. Counselor is responsible for providing
education and information to clients and their care team. Counselor will utilize their educational
background, ongoing continuing education, and skills to provide excellent and evidenced based
patient care. Individualized patient care plan based on client’s age, diagnosis, symptoms, and
physician orders.

Master’s degree in accredited program
▪ Current and active state license of LPCC or LICSW/LCSW
▪ Minimum 2-year experience in related field is preferred

Status:

Part Time (<30 hours per week)

Full Time (>34 hours per week)

The Registered Dietitian (RD) is responsible for the assessment, planning, intervention, and
treatment of dietary/nutrition needs for clients. RD is responsible for providing education and
information to clients and their care team. RD will utilize their educational background, ongoing
continuing education, and skills to provide excellent and evidenced based patient care. RD will
provide individualized patient care based on client’s age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician
orders.

Part Time (<30 hours per week)
