Katharine (Kitsy) Radermacher is the President and CEO Beyond Boundaries Speech-Language Therapy in south Fargo.
She leads a dynamic team of dedicated speech-language pathologists as well as operates a unique education facility called Go Beyond Preschool, Inc., located on site of the Beyond Boundaries location.
Kitsy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and her Master’s Degree from St. Cloud State (MN) University.
Over the past 30 years, Kitsy has practiced speech in various settings to broaden her experience with multiple disabilities; public school, medical facilities, private practice, and nursing homes. She also was part of the Cleft Lip & Palate Team in Fargo for three years. Kitsy is active in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and represents the state of North Dakota as the State Advocate for Reimbursement (STAR).
Kitsy's passion for making the difference in her client's lives, she understands the importance of continuing her education, as well as her team of speech-language pathologists. Kitsy's areas of expertise are; Language, Articulation, Apraxia, Autism, Oral Motor, and Dysphagia.

Kitsy and her husband Mark reside in West Fargo, and together, they have raised two amazing adults.
Kitsy loves working with people and enjoys seeing progressive gains. She feels her faith has given her the passion and direction of making a difference in the lives of others.
Carol graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and from Minnesota State University Moorhead, with a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has 30 years’ experience providing speech and language therapy to individuals across their lifespans, in school, residential and outpatient settings.
Carol currently is a speech language pathologist in the Moorhead Public Schools and is especially passionate about serving children and adults using alternative methods of communication, with those with dysphasia, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and language and articulation needs.
Carol has two daughters and enjoys time together with family and friends. She loves to travel, go for a long walks, and spend time inside with a good book. Carol joined Beyond Boundaries in 2008.

Megan was born and raised in Fargo. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after visiting with a family friend who is a speech language pathologist and receiving speech therapy services in Kindergarten. Megan received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Megan joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy in the spring 2013 and enjoys working with children of all ages with language delays and disorders. Megan’s other interests include: Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
In her free time, Megan loves to watch movies, read, complete craft projects, and spend time with her family.

Mary was raised in Dilworth, MN. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after visiting with a friend who was a speech language pathologist. Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Concordia College, Moorhead and her master’s degree from Moorhead State University. Mary joined Beyond Boundaries in 2014. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with language/articulation delays and disorders. Mary’s other interests include motor speech disorders, dysphagia and acquired brain injury rehab.
In her free time, Mary likes to read, sew, watch movies and spend time with her family and friends.

Aubrie was born and raised in Bismarck, ND and moved to Fargo to attend college at Minnesota State University- Moorhead. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after she took a class on Speech/Language/Hearing Sciences. Aubrie received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Aubrie joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy in the fall of 2016 and enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with language delays and disorders. Aubrie’s other interests include: Aural Rehabilitation, executive dysfunction, cognitive rehabilitation, dysphagia, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Olivia was raised in Bismarck, ND. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after taking an introductory language development course. Olivia received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Olivia joined Beyond Boundaries in 2016. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with language/articulation delays and disorders. Olivia’s other interests include executive function disorders, acquired cognitive dysfunction, phonemic awareness, auditory processing, and literacy.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time outside, cooking, reading, and being with friends and family.

Kalley grew up in Alexandria, MN. She learned about the speech and language field after transferring to Minnesota State University-Moorhead where she took an introduction to language class and was eager to learn more. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degree at MSUM. She started working at Beyond Boundaries Therapy in the summer of 2020. She loves working with all ages, finding joy in each stage of life. She feels her clients impact her life just as she impacts theirs.
In her free time Kalley enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places, spending time with her family and young nephew, and walking her dog.

Stacy was born in California but spent the majority of her childhood years in Thief River Falls, MN and Grand Forks, ND. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after her older sister, an educator, talked to her about the profession, and she then job shadowed a family friend who was a Speech Language Pathologist. Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota. She has over 15 years of experience working with toddlers through adults in various settings, including public and private schools, daycares, preschools and private practice.
Stacy joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy in 2014 after her family relocated to the Fargo-Moorhead area from Apple Valley, MN. She enjoys working with children of all ages with language delays and disorders, articulation and phonology disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Stacy has a particular interest in language and literacy skills in preschool and school aged children. In her free time, Stacy counts it a true blessing to be married to her husband, Michael, and to be a mom to three awesome kids. She enjoys an active life with her family, watching and playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, spending time at the lake, playing games together, and participating and serving in their school and church communities.

Sadie was raised in Warroad, MN. She became interested in Speech Language Pathology after taking an introductory course. Sadie received her bachelor’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead and her master’s degree from Minot State University. She joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy Services in the summer of 2020. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages. Sadie’s special interest include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive-linguistic, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, aphasia, dysphagia, traumatic brain injury, and executive function.

Shannon was born and raised in Wahpeton, ND. After Shannon began pursuing a degree in Spanish, her fascination for language and communication grew, leading her to the field of speech-language pathology. Shannon received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy Services in the summer of 2019 and enjoys working with children of all ages. Shannon’s special interests include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, language disorders/delays, childhood apraxia of speech, feeding, and multi-sensory approaches.

Jessica grew up in Fargo. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology in college while working in a nursing home and serving children with special needs. She loved the wide range of possibilities that come along with a career in speech-language pathology and felt that it was the perfect profession. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jessica joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy in the spring 2014 and enjoys working with children of all ages with language delays and disorders. Jessica’s interests include: Autism Spectrum Disorders, early childhood language disorders/delays, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and feeding.

Jill was born and raised in Fargo. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after visiting with her father’s friend, who is an audiologist. Jill received her bachelor’s degree at Moorhead State University and her master’s degree from St. Cloud State University. She has over 20 years of experience working with infants through adults in various settings including hospitals, public schools, and private practice. Jill joined Beyond Boundaries Therapy in 2008 and enjoys working with children of all ages with language delays and disorders.
In her free time, Jill loves to watch her children in their activities, relax (and work) at the lake, travel, garden, and read. She and her husband David have three children, 2 girls and 1 boy.
