Katharine (Kitsy) Radermacher, MS,CCC-SLP

Katharine (Kitsy) Radermacher is the President and CEO Beyond Boundaries Speech-Language Therapy in south Fargo.

She leads a dynamic team of dedicated speech-language pathologists as well as operates a unique education facility called Go Beyond Preschool, Inc., located on site of the Beyond Boundaries location.

Kitsy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and her Master’s Degree from St. Cloud State (MN) University.

Over the past 30 years, Kitsy has practiced speech in various settings to broaden her experience with multiple disabilities; public school, medical facilities, private practice, and nursing homes. She also was part of the Cleft Lip & Palate Team in Fargo for three years. Kitsy is active in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and represents the state of North Dakota as the State Advocate for Reimbursement (STAR).

Kitsy's passion for making the difference in her client's lives, she understands the importance of continuing her education, as well as her team of speech-language pathologists. Kitsy's areas of expertise are; Language, Articulation, Apraxia, Autism, Oral Motor, and Dysphagia.

Kitsy and her husband Mark reside in West Fargo, and together, they have raised two amazing adults.

Kitsy loves working with people and enjoys seeing progressive gains. She feels her faith has given her the passion and direction of making a difference in the lives of others.

Carol Anderson, MS,CCC-SLP

Carol graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and from Minnesota State University Moorhead, with a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has 30 years’ experience providing speech and language therapy to individuals across their lifespans, in school, residential and outpatient settings.

Carol currently is a speech language pathologist in the Moorhead Public Schools and is especially passionate about serving children and adults using alternative methods of communication, with those with dysphasia, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and language and articulation needs.


Carol has two daughters and enjoys time together with family and friends. She loves to travel, go for a long walks, and spend time inside with a good book. Carol joined Beyond Boundaries in 2008.

Megan Doty, MS, CCC-SLP

Megan received her Master of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2013. She joined the Beyond Boundaries Team in 2013. Megan loves working with children and adults of all ages with speech-language delays and disorders. She is a strong advocate for each one of her clients. Megan’s professional interests include but are not limited to: Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC), Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Mary Fitzgerald, MA,CCC-SLP

Mary was raised in Dilworth, MN. She became interested in Speech-Language Pathology after visiting with a friend who was a speech language pathologist. Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Concordia College, Moorhead and her master’s degree from Moorhead State University. Mary joined Beyond Boundaries in 2014. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with language/articulation delays and disorders. Mary’s other interests include motor speech disorders, dysphagia and acquired brain injury rehab.

In her free time, Mary likes to read, sew, watch movies and spend time with her family and friends.

Aubrie received her Master of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2014. She previously worked in the West Fargo Public Schools and Sanford Medical Center. She joined the Beyond Boundaries team in 2016. Aubrie enjoys working with children and adults of all ages with speech-language and feeding delays and disorders. Aubrie’s professional interests include but are not limited to: Orofacial Myology, feeding, swallowing disorders (dysphagia), executive dysfunction, cognitive rehabilitation, and apraxia.

Olivia received her Master of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2016. She joined the Beyond Boundaries Team in 2016. Olivia is qualified to work with individuals of all ages across any speech and language delay or disorder. She understands the significance of language development and how it plays a crucial role in academics. Olivia has a passion for language and literacy and assists in hiring and training our Literacy Specialists at Beyond Boundaries. Olivia’s other professional interests include but are not limited to: Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), executive function disorders, acquired cognitive dysfunction, phonemic awareness, and auditory processing.

Sadie received her Master of Science degree from Minot State University in 2020 and joined Beyond Boundaries in 2020. She is qualified to work with individuals of all ages across any speech-language and feeding delay or disorder. Sadie’s calming and consistent approach to therapy helps her clients know what is expected of them in each treatment session. Sadie’s special interests include but are not limited to: literacy, cognitive-linguistic, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit disorders with hyperactivity (ADHD), and phonemic awareness.

Shannon Sitz, MS,CF-SLP

Shannon received her Master of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2019. She joined the Beyond Boundaries team in 2019 and is qualified to work with individuals of all ages across any speech and language disorder. Shannon loves working with children and adults to support their communication. She takes a multisensory approach addressing functional skills. Shannon is our lead therapist at the ND Autism Center. She also teaches Spanish at Go Beyond Preschool. Her other professional interests include but are not limited to: language, articulation, autism, and executive functioning.

Jess received her Master of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2014 and joined the Beyond Boundaries team in 2014. She is qualified to work with individuals of all ages across any speech-language and feeding delay or disorder. In addition, Jess has a passion for infant and pediatric feeding disorders and understands the importance of how mealtimes shape family relationships. Jess is our Certified Lactation Counselor. Jess’s professional interests include but are not limited to: infant and childhood feeding concerns, swallowing disorders (dysphagia), early childhood language disorders/delays, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Jill received her Master of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in 1996. She previously worked in Fargo Public Schools before joining the Beyond Boundaries team in 2008. Jill brings a wealth of experience to her sessions, valuing the importance of client and family interaction. She is qualified to work with individuals of all ages across any speech and language disorder. Jill was also instrumental in setting up the preschool program and Beyond Boundaries, Go Beyond Preschool. She has a special place in her heart for preschoolers.
