Join one of the first pediatric outpatient clinics of the Fargo-Moorhead community! Beyond Boundaries Therapy & Wellness specializes in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, nutrition therapy, mental health, and massage therapy. We are looking for compassionate, engaged team members who play a major role in a client's therapy. We offer a flexible schedule, collaborative work environment, and dedicated leadership focused on client care. Current Positions: 

Physical Therapist

Step into a rewarding role where you help kids and families reach their goals through personalized physical therapy care. You’ll assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide hands-on care while educating and supporting families along the way. Your skills, experience, and continued learning will guide your work, always tailored to each child’s age, diagnosis, and goals.

Requirements: graduation from an accredited PT program, ND license in good standing, and 2+ years of experience preferred.

Mental Health Lead Therapist

Make a difference as a Mental Health Counselor by helping children, adolescents, and adults manage challenges like ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, depression, PTSD, and more. You’ll create personalized plans, provide therapy, and offer guidance and education to families in a supportive environment.

Requirements: Master’s degree from an accredited program, active ND license (LPCC or LICSW/LCSW).
Time-based compensation structure for income stability; administrative support including scheduling, intake, billing/insurance, marketing; co-treatment with other disciplines; collaborative work environment with flexible schedule; PTO.

Medical Billing Specialist

The Medical Billing Specialist is involved in all aspects of medical claims processing with third party payers, accounts receivable, and insurance related follow-up. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from payers, resolving claim errors and denials, and supporting clients with payment plans and authorizations.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in medical billing, claims processing, or similar role; Associates degree in related field preferred.

Occupational Therapist

As an OT with us, you'll help children develop the skills they need for everyday life, from play to self-care. You’ll evaluate, plan, and provide thoughtful, individualized care while supporting and educating families at every step. Your background and ongoing training will help you bring out each child’s best potential.

Requirements: graduation from an accredited OT program, ND license in good standing, and 2+ years of experience preferred.
