Beyond Boundaries Therapy & Wellness specializes in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, nutrition therapy, mental health, and massage therapy. We are looking for compassionate, engaged team members who play a major role in a client's therapy. We offer a flexible schedule, collaborative work environment, and dedicated leadership focused on client care. Occupational Therapist | OT
Provide individualized occupational therapy for adolescents and adults with neurological conditions, helping clients improve independence and participation in everyday life.
Qualifications:
ND OT license with experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation, including concussion, stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and other neurological conditions.
Physical Therapist | PT
Provide individualized physical therapy focused on movement, balance, mobility, strength, and return to activity for adolescents and adults with neurological conditions.
Qualifications:
ND PT license with experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation, including concussion, stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and other neurological conditions.
Speech-Language Pathologist | SLP
Provide individualized therapy addressing communication, cognition, swallowing, and voice needs related to neurological injury or diagnosis.
Qualifications:
ND SLP license and CCC-SLP with experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation, including concussion, stroke, TBI, cognitive-communication, aphasia, dysphagia, and other neurological conditions.

Occupational Therapist
As an OT with us, you'll help children develop the skills they need for everyday life, from play to self-care. You’ll evaluate, plan, and provide thoughtful, individualized care while supporting and educating families at every step. Your background and ongoing training will help you bring out each child’s best potential.
Requirements: graduation from an accredited OT program, ND license in good standing, and 2+ years of experience preferred.
Physical Therapist (Temp)
We are seeking a physical therapist for a temporary position of 3 months. Step into a rewarding role where you help kids and families reach their goals through personalized physical therapy care. You’ll assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide hands-on care while educating and supporting families along the way. Your skills, experience, and continued learning will guide your work, always tailored to each child’s age, diagnosis, and goals.
Requirements: graduation from an accredited PT program, ND license in good standing, and 2+ years of experience preferred.
Mental Health Counselor
Make a difference as a Mental Health Counselor by helping children and teens manage challenges like ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, eating disorders, and more. You’ll create personalized plans, provide therapy, and offer guidance and education to families in a supportive environment.
Massage Therapist
We're looking for a passionate Massage Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team! Work with clients of all ages in our beautiful facility, featuring dedicated massage therapy spaces.

What You'll Do:
- Assess client needs and provide individualized therapeutic massage
- Utilize techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy
- Support clients with a variety of needs, including specialized pediatric and medical massage
- Educate clients on self-care and overall wellness
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Current North Dakota massage therapy license in good standing
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client-centered care

Medical Billing Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our administrative team! This role helps keep our billing processes running smoothly while supporting clients, insurance providers, and our clinical team.
Position Details:

What You'll Do:
- Prepare, submit, and track medical insurance claims
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims
- Resolve billing errors, insurance denials, and appeals
- Assist clients with insurance questions, benefits, and payment plans
- Coordinate prior authorizations and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing or claims processing experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and insurance billing practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
